Summer art contest…

Guys, there’s been a bit of a snafu. The winner of the contest has emailed me asking to withdraw from the competition, as she didn’t realize one of the rules of the contest was that the art be original. Though she did not trace the drawing, she did copy it from a drawing she saw while surfing the web. She asked that we give the prize to someone else, which was sweet of her. 

So I am going with the piece of art that was a very close second! Riley and I both struggled over which one we liked best, and I even thought about awarding a second place prize because I liked it so much.
